Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Precision Diamante / PD Interiors is a small, family-owned business, 9-10 (employees) with a fast-moving warehouse supporting a growing showroom and sales operation. We sell lighting, plumbing, cabinets, tools, and related products. This role is important: you will be the primary (and often only) warehouse person , so reliability and attention to detail matter here. What You’ll Do You’ll be responsible for keeping our warehouse running smoothly day-to-day, including: Receiving inbound freight and ground packages (UPS/FedEx) Prepping and shipping outbound orders (freight + ground) Loading sales trucks for daily deliveries / routes Cycle counts & inventory accuracy (daily/weekly counts) Identifying and verifying part numbers, barcodes, and SKUs (must be detail-oriented) Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse , including: Sweeping / general cleanup Taking out trash Cleaning restrooms Helping as needed with warehouse organization and product storage What We’re Looking For This is not a “stand around and wait for instructions” job. We’re looking for someone who can run the warehouse like it’s their own. ✅ You’re a fit if you: Show up on time every day and communicate clearly Can work independently and stay on task without constant supervision Have strong attention to detail (SKUs, part numbers, barcodes matter) Are comfortable using computers (shipping software, scanning, email, basic spreadsheets) Are willing to learn our product lines and industry Can follow processes and also improve them when appropriate Can lift and move product, and work on your feet throughout the day Preferred Experience Warehouse / shipping & receiving experience Freight receiving + LTL shipments Inventory cycle counting Shipping systems / scanners / barcode labeling Familiarity with building materials, plumbing, lighting, cabinets, or tools (not required) Why This Job Is Different Because we’re a small team, what you do matters.
