We are looking for a dependable Shipping Clerk to join our Warehouse & Logistics team in East El Paso. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse and shipping experience who is comfortable working with computers, documentation, inventory, and transportation providers. Job Details Position: Shipping Clerk Location: East El Paso, TX Department: Warehouse & Logistics Shift: 1st Shift Schedule: Full-Time What You’ll Do As a Shipping Clerk, you will help ensure outgoing shipments are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. Key responsibilities include: Prepare and process shipping documents, bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels Verify product quantities, descriptions, and shipment information for accuracy Coordinate daily shipping activities with carriers and transportation providers Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal departments Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory transactions in company systems Investigate and help resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, and damaged goods Load and unload shipments as needed using appropriate warehouse equipment Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization Follow company safety policies, procedures, and shipping requirements Work closely with receiving, production, warehouse, and customer service teams Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area What We’re Looking For Qualified candidates should have: Minimum of 1 year of related shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience Strong computer skills and ability to learn company systems Experience with shipping documentation and inventory records Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Ability to lift 30+ pounds as needed Bilingual skills preferred Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
