Ten-8 Industrial2026 Built to Serve Tour: Thank you to our Customers & Sponsors Read More>> SUMMARY: Ten-8 Industrial is seeking a dependable Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily operations at our Lake Wales distribution facility. The Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for receiving, inventory handling, order picking, packing, shipping, and material movement while maintaining accurate transactions in SAP Business One and our Warehouse Management System (WMS). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Report shortages, damages, overages, and other receiving discrepancies. Pick customer orders and service parts transfers using RF scanners. Pack, label, stage, and ship orders via UPS and LTL Prepare packing lists, shipping labels, Bills of Lading, and other shipping documentation. Complete receiving, picking, transfer, and shipping transactions accurately in SAP/WMS. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely. Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, replenishment, and inventory research. Maintain organized inventory, staging, shipping, and receiving areas. Follow all company safety, PPE, and warehouse procedures. Support Parts, Service, Sales, and Supply Chain operations as needed. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Comfortable using RF scanners, computers, ERP, and WMS systems; SAP Business One experience is a plus. Forklift experience/certification preferred; ability to obtain certification required. Basic knowledge of UPS, LTL freight, and shipping documentation preferred. Strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and commitment to inventory accuracy. Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift). Frequent walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching. Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. independently. Must be able to work in various physical environments, including exposure to loud noise, vibrations, chemicals, fumes, and fluctuating temperatures.
