Job Responsibilities
• Perform daily shipping and receiving operations
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products
• Prepare finished products for shipment according to shipping schedules
• Verify quantities and product information for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Move and organize raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials within the warehouse
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures when handling chemical products
• Prepare and maintain basic shipping and receiving documentation
• Communicate with production and office staff regarding shipments and inventory
• Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Ability to safely load, unload, move, and organize materials
• Basic computer and inventory management skills preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials as required
Work Schedule
• Full-time position
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
