Warehouse Shipping & Inventory Associate

Job Description We are looking for an organized and dependable individual to assist with outbound shipping labels, package organization, and daily warehouse operations. Additional responsibilities include helping with incoming inventory and stock allocation. No prior warehouse or shipping experience required. We will provide training for all job responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Create and print accurate shipping labels for outbound orders. Organize packages that are ready for labeling and ready for shipment. Coordinate with team members to ensure orders are processed efficiently. Assist with incoming inventory and stock allocation between shipping tasks. Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and efficient. Communicate any shipping or inventory discrepancies with the team. Requirements Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn shipping software. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow directions and manage multiple tasks. Willingness to ask questions and learn new procedures. No previous experience necessary. Full training provided. Ideal Candidate Someone who is reliable, efficient, and willing to learn.
