Warehouse, Shipping & Inventory Associate Overview We are seeking a Warehouse, Shipping & Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations, shipping activities, and inventory accuracy. This role blends hands‑on warehouse work with ERP‑based inventory and shipping tasks, ensuring smooth movement of goods throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare shipments using UPS and TST platforms. Create bills of lading, shipping labels, and freight documentation. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and track inventory. Receive incoming goods, verify accuracy, and quarantine damaged items. Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy in AX/D365. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Collaborate with shipping, receiving, and production teams to ensure timely dispatch. Support general warehouse duties including shelf organization, stock rotation, and preparing locations for new products. Qualifications Experience with warehouse operations, shipping documentation, and freight preparation. Proficiency with ERP systems (AX/D365 preferred). Experience using UPS and TST shipping platforms. RF scanning and inventory cycle count experience. Valid forklift license preferred; sideshift experience a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift medium loads and work in a fast‑paced environment. Pay: From $19.00 per hour Work Location: In person
