Warehouse Shipping & Inventory Assistant

Job Summary We are a small professional haircare and cosmetics warehouse in Margate looking for a reliable Warehouse Shipping & Inventory Assistant. This is an in-person, hands-on position. The role includes picking/packing orders, preparing shipments, receiving merchandise, organizing inventory, basic computer work, and occasional customer/vendor communication. We are currently reorganizing our warehouse and digital operations, so the first month will be part-time while we train and rebuild the normal sales/shipping flow. Responsibilities Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping Receive, check, and organize inventory Help keep the warehouse clean and organized Assist with shipping labels and basic order processing Track products, boxes, labels, bottles, caps, and other components Help with occasional customer or vendor communication Use basic computer systems for orders and inventory Lift and move boxes when needed Requirements Must speak English and Spanish Basic computer skills Reliable, organized, and punctual Comfortable with hands-on warehouse work Able to lift and move boxes when needed Shipping, inventory, or warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM during the first month Hours may increase as business needs grow Pay $17.75 – $19.00 per hour Approximately 22.5 hours per week Work Location In person — Margate, FL Pay: $17.75 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 22.5 per week Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
