Plan and schedule daily shipments and freight pickups Ensure accuracy of packaging, labeling, and documentation (BOLs, customs forms) Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL, freight brokers) Monitor shipping costs and negotiate rates Ensure compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations Supervise shipping clerks and warehouse staff Handle customer inquiries related to shipping issues or tracking Track lost/damaged shipments and file claims Collaborate with inventory and production teams for ship dates Maintain KPIs: on-time shipping, shipping accuracy, freight costs Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
