Warehouse Shipping Clerk

Position Overview: As a Shipping Clerk, you will verify and document outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper recordkeeping. Key Responsibilities Prepare shipping documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders. Record shipping data including weight, charges, space availability, and damages for reporting and accounting. Communicate with establishment representatives to resolve issues like damages or non-conformance. Perform additional duties as assigned. Work Environment: Warehouse settings including freezer (-20F to 0F), perishable (28F to 60F), grocery (50F to 90F), and office conditions (65F to 75F). Skills & Qualifications Experience with pallet jacks preferred; warehouse experience minimum six months. Ability to work the overnight shift and overtime. Knowledge of grocery selection advantageous. High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on attendance, safety, and productivity.
