Warehouse Shipping Associate

Job Summary Fast Growing company in Bucks Country looking for new employee for warehouse! Join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Shipping Associate and keep orders moving accurately from picking through shipment. You’ll use warehouse systems and equipment to support shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment across warehouse distribution and e-commerce operations. Your impact: Accurate, timely order processing helps customers receive the right products and gives logistics partners reliable shipment information. Responsibilities Prepare instruments & parts orders for daily shipments. Assists other team members with shipping and receiving as needed. Inspects and verifies incoming goods against invoices or other documents, records shortages and records damaged goods. Checks in analyzers for repair/calibration Performs testing of incoming inventory for the service department. Handles customer and courier pick-ups and drop-offs Maintains internal record-keeping systems Knows safe storage and handling procedures for various chemicals and materials Assists service department with repair and preparation of analyzers. Prepare, package and ship new orders and customer returns Keeps track of warranty items being shipped out and returned Assist with inventory counts Skills Essential: Basic math, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to follow warehouse operations and safety procedures. Essential: Warehouse experience, including order picking, picking and packing, inventory management, and shipping and receiving. Preferred: Familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Office, inventory management software, ERP systems Preferred: Experience with warehouse distribution, logistics, e-commerce, packaging, and shipping logistics.
