Warehouse Shipping Associate
ConfidentialOptimax Auto Parts is an auto parts e-commerce company in San Diego (Mira Mesa). We're hiring a full-time Warehouse & E-Commerce Associate to handle daily order fulfillment and keep our warehouse running. This is a hands-on role. Your main job is making sure customer orders are packed correctly and shipped out on time, with additional support for day-to-day warehouse and online store operations. Responsibilities: - Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment - Print shipping labels and process orders in our system - Receive incoming inventory, check it in and put it away - Perform regular inventory counts - Reply to customer messages and process returns - Keep the warehouse clean and organized Requirements: - Dependable and on time, including Saturdays - Basic computer skills and good written English - Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during the shift - Detail-oriented so orders go out accurately Prior warehouse or shipping experience is a plus but not required. We'll train you on our process. Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (30-minute lunch) and Saturday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. 31.5 hours per week.
