Warehouse & Shipping Associate (Cold Chain), Sisu Healthcare Solutions

About Us Sisu Healthcare Solutions is a growing home infusion and specialty pharmacy serving patients across Arizona and Nevada. Our patients depend on time-sensitive, temperature-controlled medications arriving intact and on schedule. You'll be the reason they do. The Role You'll run the pharmacy's inventory and outbound logistics: keeping the shelves and refrigerators stocked, ordering supplies, packing temperature-sensitive shipments, and working with couriers to get them where they need to go. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and stock medications, infusion supplies, and ancillary products, and rotate stock by expiration date Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders with approved vendors Pack refrigerated and frozen shipments using validated cold chain methods (gel packs, insulated shippers, dry ice) Prepare and label outbound packages accurately, matching each one to the correct order and patient Schedule and coordinate pickups with ground couriers and air carriers, and track shipments to delivery Troubleshoot delays, missed deliveries, and temperature excursions with the pharmacy team Keep accurate records and logs (temperature, receiving, shipping) Keep the warehouse and shipping area clean, organized, and inspection-ready Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment role Strong attention to detail. Accuracy matters when the product is medication. Comfortable with computers: inventory systems, shipping software, email Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in cold storage areas Reliable, punctual, and able to work under tight delivery deadlines Clear communication with couriers, pharmacists, and coworkers Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Preferred Experience Experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or other regulated environment Cold chain packing experience (pharma, biologics, lab specimens, perishables) Dry ice handling or hazmat shipping training (IATA/DOT) Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, and same-day or air courier platforms Experience with pharmacy or inventory systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, or pharmacy management software) Pharmacy technician registration or interest in pursuing it Bilingual (English/Spanish) Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Are you able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in cold storage areas Do you have experience with cold chain packing?
