Warehouse & Shipping Associate — Part-Time Nuordic Lighting Location: 8100 Belvedere Rd, Unit 10, West Palm Beach, FL 33411 (Royal Palm Beach area) Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Three days per week to start, typically 1–5 p.m., for 12 hours per week. Days are flexible and agreed upon with Nuordic. Work arrangement: On-site About the role Nuordic Lighting is looking for a dependable, organized Warehouse & Shipping Associate to help keep our warehouse and order fulfillment running smoothly. This part-time role focuses on receiving inventory, preparing customer orders, and coordinating shipments of lighting products. Responsibilities Receive deliveries and check quantities and product condition against receiving documents. Pick the correct products for customer orders and pack them carefully for shipment. Prepare shipping labels and shipment documentation. Coordinate carrier pickups and communicate shipment status to the office team. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts. Organize stock, packaging supplies, and warehouse work areas. Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, and fulfillment issues promptly. Follow safe handling procedures and keep the warehouse clean and orderly. Qualifications Dependability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail. Good organization and ability to follow order and shipping instructions accurately. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn shipping and inventory systems. Clear communication and ability to work independently and coordinate with a small team. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, packing, or inventory experience is preferred.
