Warehouse Shipping Associate Baffio Enterprises, Inc. · Alpharetta, GA 30004 · In person · Full-time, day and night shifts ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Warehouse Shipping Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire shipping process, including recording orders, labeling packages, and packing containers. The ideal candidate is flexible, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to integrity. You'll be a valued part of the Baffio Enterprises team that completes the final step of our customer experience. You will select, pack, and ship products to our valued customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO Pick and select the correct products for each customer order Carefully pack items, including valuable sports memorabilia and collectibles, so they arrive in perfect condition Print and apply shipping labels and verify every order for accuracy Record orders and update tracking information in our shipping system Prepare packages for daily carrier pickups (UPS, FedEx, USPS) Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory counts Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items right away Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe WHAT YOU BRING Strong attention to detail, because every order matters Honesty and integrity when handling high-value items Flexibility to adjust to changing order volumes and priorities Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic computer skills for entering orders and printing labels Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience a plus, but we'll train the right person High school diploma or equivalent preferred ABOUT BAFFIO ENTERPRISES Baffio Enterprises began in a basement with a few prized pieces of sports memorabilia and a vision: make authentic collectibles accessible to every fan.
