Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate

Overview We are seeking a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate to support accurate, timely movement of goods through warehouse operations. You will receive, inspect, store, pick, pack, and ship products while maintaining reliable inventory records and following applicable shipping and trade requirements. Monday - Friday 6 am - 2:30pm Sportiqe is a screen print production center. Our Warehouse is air conditioned and we have many benefits including: Paid holidays, paid sick time and generous PTO policy including your birthday Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision HSA money provided by the company and a 4% 401k match Free access to Employee Assistance Programs Free apparel, monthly lunches, monthly breakfast, and other events Your Impact Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Document discrepancies and communicate issues to the Warehouse Manager Order picking, packing, and staging of materials according to warehouse protocols Prepare outbound orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness Package materials per company and carrier standards Generate shipping labels and maintain shipping documentation Maintain accurate records of all transactions Follow established procedures for material handling and storage Support warehouse organization and cleanliness standards Support continuous improvement of shipping and receiving procedures Maintain clear, written communication on handoffs and status updates Requirements Continuous 9-12 months work experience in a Shipping & Receiving role You are computer and software savvy High accuracy with counting, tracking, and matching numbers You are a super communicator. You are quick with information and make sure that everyone knows what they need to know, when they need to know it You are focused and efficient when there’s a lot of moving pieces You are proactive. You are always thinking ahead and planning all of the details You are organized. You pay attention to all the details and make sure things are in order Must be able to safely operate pallet jacks, dollies, and lift 30 pounds Standing forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
