Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate

The Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for the efficient processing of received goods and shipment of finished products. You'll ensure finished products meet the company's quality standards during receiving, warehousing & prior to shipping to customers. What You'll Do Daily Plan & Prioritize: Develop daily operational plans for receiving, order processing, and shipping Manage Receiving: Oversee the reception of new items, ensuring accurate tracking and system updates Prepare for Production: Ensure materials are prepped and ready for the production team Coordinate Shipping: Manage the shipment schedule to guarantee all orders go out on time, including acting as the shipper of products Maintain Quality: Inspect outgoing products prior to shipment to ensure quality standards are met Key Responsibilities Operations Management Verify incoming quantities and completed units Oversee preparation for production materials Manage assembly and preparation of packaging materials Organize the outbound shipment of units Ensure warehouse inventory accuracy with up to date systems Maintain updated systems for order management Communicate order completion to internal stakeholders Coordinate with the Production Lead & Supply Chain Manager to align on key daily responsibilities Facility Standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Work with Operations management to develop and enhance operational standards What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma Minimum 1 year of shipping/receiving or warehousing experience Computer literacy Ability to comfortably lift 60 lbs Skills & Attributes Thrives in fast-paced environments Exceptional attention to detail and time management Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Outstanding communication skills Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal instruction Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, crouching, and twisting Position Details Reports to: Supply Chain Manager Work Environment: Office and warehouse setting Physical Requirements: Regularly transferring product requiring standing, walking, and lifting up to 60 lbs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Saint Paul, MN 55114 (Required) Work Location: In person
