About the Role We're looking for a hands-on leader to run our warehouse and outbound shipping operations in Bonney Lake. You'll make sure inventory is received accurately, stored where it belongs, and shipped to customers on time and in full. This is a working lead role. You'll be on the floor alongside the team while also setting the standard for accuracy, accountability, and safety. What You'll Do Oversee daily warehouse and shipping operations so orders go out accurately and on time Manage the full flow of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping Keep inventory records accurate and lead cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations Work with production, purchasing, and customer service to line up shipping priorities Train warehouse staff on equipment, procedures, and safe work practices Track order accuracy, on-time shipping, and inventory variances, and fix issues when they come up Look into and resolve shipping errors, damaged goods, and logistics-related customer concerns Keep the warehouse clean and organized using 5S standards Operate and oversee forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or shipping experience 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience Experience with UPS, FedEx, and freight carrier platforms Solid knowledge of inventory management and warehouse safety Comfort with inventory systems and basic Microsoft Office Nice to have: a degree in logistics or supply chain, ERP or WMS experience, OSHA or forklift certification, and bilingual English and Spanish skills. Physical Requirements This role is on-site in a warehouse with forklifts, pallet jacks, and some temperature changes. It involves frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs (team lifts for anything heavier). PPE is required, and occasional overtime may be needed during busy shipping periods. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this role is $24-30/per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
