Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate

This position is responsible for preparing and processing outgoing shipments of PVC extrusion and metal stampings with team members. You must be able to safely operate a forklift to move materials and inventory while maintaining a safe, organized workspace. Monday-Friday Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM / 6 AM - 2:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process outgoing shipments of PVC extrusion and metal stamping products Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment safely to move materials and inventory Use handheld RF scan guns to track inventory and shipments Verify product accuracy, quantities, and packaging prior to shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals Work overtime as needed to support operational demands Perform general warehouse and machine operation tasks assigned by supervisor Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience Valid forklift experience and ability to operate safely Experience using RF scanners or handheld inventory devices Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Strong teamwork and communication skills Safety Adheres to safety requirements when operating tools and equipment. Ensures safety functions on equipment are operating properly. Handles material in a safe and appropriate manner. Reports any defects or safety issues immediately.
