Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate
SAYMA GROUP L.C.Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and management of inventory within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment, and possess a strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy and safety standards. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, and MRP software is highly desirable Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks safely; certification is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and inventory management Basic math skills for counting items and verifying quantities accurately Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes is advantageous Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Prior experience with order picker equipment or packaging tools is beneficial This role plays a vital part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations by ensuring accurate shipping and receiving processes.
