Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job Title: Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Associate Company: Milpower Source Location: Belmont, NH Position Summary: Keep our manufacturing operation moving! As a Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Associate, you’ll play a key role in receiving materials, preparing customer orders, and ensuring products move safely and accurately through our facility. You’ll work closely with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to load and unload shipments, verify counts and documentation, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, we’d like to hear from you. What You'll Do: Receive and track shipments, documenting precise arrival and departure times Load merchandise in delivery trucks using appropriate tools Tag and label merchandise, stocking merchandise according to size, shape, and type Box, wrap, and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards Prepare orders for shipment Verify the inventory quantity and assist with inventory level maintenance Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs What You'll Need: Required : High school diploma or equivalent Microsoft Office and general computer skills Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident Preferred : Previous experience with UPS, FedEx and/or DHL Previous experience working in a warehouse environment Hands-on experience with inventory and logistics software programs Good organizational and time-management skills Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 49 lbs Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time What You'll Get: Competitive compensation 401K with company match Medical, Dental, Vision Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Company Life Insurance Short & Long-term Disability Paid Time Off Pet Insurance Tuition Reimbursement To review a full listing of our benefits, please explore the Bel Fuse Careers page.
