Warehouse Shipper/Receiver

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipper/Receiver to join our warehouse operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting daily warehouse operations, and any additional operational needs. Prior experience with warehouse management systems and equipment such as pallet jacks is highly desirable Key Responsibilities Shipping Duties Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Verify order accuracy and ensure proper labelling Generate and apply shipping documentation (labels, packing slips, etc.) Prepare pallets and stage shipments for carriers Receiving Duties Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments Verify quantities and product accuracy against purchase orders Record and enter received goods into inventory systems Organize and store products in appropriate warehouse locations General Warehouse Duties Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack) Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation Testing b-stock products with accuracy Communicate effectively with the team and courier drivers Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, shipping, and/or receiving experience an asset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills (inventory systems, shipping software) Good communication and teamwork skills This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth logistics operations within our facility.
