Warehouse Shipper/Receiver

Position Overview We are an industrial forklift and material handling equipment company in Richmond, BC, seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant & Trailer Driver . This position splits responsibilities between driving trailers to transport forklifts, equipment, materials, and project waste across British Columbia, and engaging in hands-on warehouse support on non-driving days. If you possess solid driving skills, a valid forklift certification, and a proactive work ethic, we want to meet you. Key Responsibilities Drive trailers safely to transport forklifts, equipment, materials, and waste throughout British Columbia. Safely load, secure/tie down, transport, and unload heavy cargo and machinery. Operate forklifts efficiently to load/unload shipments, organize warehouse stock, and maneuver equipment. Execute daily warehouse tasks, including material handling, shop organization, inventory control, and supporting technicians. Maintain basic computer logs and inventory tracking records. Comply strictly with driving regulations, forklift operating guidelines, and workplace safety standards. Adapt flexibly to changing daily tasks between trailering duties and warehouse operations. Qualifications & Requirements Licensing: Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract (Required). Certification: Valid Forklift Operator License with practical hands-on experience (Required). Driving Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience driving and maneuvering trailers in BC (Required). Warehouse Background: Previous experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or machinery environment. Physical Capability: Work is physical in nature; must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy for inventory management and record-keeping. Commute: Reliable personal transportation to guarantee a daily 8：30 AM start time in Richmond.
