Warehouse Shipper/Receiver

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipper/Receiver to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess warehouse experience and familiarity with shipping and receiving processes. Requirements Must have a valid Drivers Licence Must be able to lift over 50lbs Must be able to operate a forklift Must be willing to drive a 1/2 ton and a 1 ton flat deck truck to pick up and deliver shipments Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately Load and unload freight using forklifts Ensure proper packaging of products for safe transportation and delivery Manage order picking processes efficiently to meet shipping deadlines Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace to promote safety and efficiency Assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts as needed Skills Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment is preferred Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and order picking techniques Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and measurements Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in packaging, labeling, and documentation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Prior warehouse experience in shipping & receiving roles is highly desirable This position plays a vital role in ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety within the warehouse Pay: From $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Casual dress On-site parking Work Location: In person
