Previous warehouse experience is an asset, but all training will be provided for the right applicant. Being an employee at Van Isle Water means: Permanent full-time work Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm, with a 1 hour break for lunch. All employees also work one 4hr Saturday shift a month A generous benefits package including health & dental, life insurance, and long-term disability 2 weeks of paid vacation per year Company events Training with our diverse and knowledgeable staff Getting company-provided certification for WHMIS, Transport of Dangerous Goods, and forklift training The ideal candidate would describe themselves as: Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks in order of importance Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal industry Experienced with driving a forklift, or willing to learn Friendly and enjoys being a part of a team A self-starter, will take initiative on what needs to be done without being told Able to lift 50lbs Safety conscious This is a general warehouse position, with a focus on receiving inventory.
