Warehouse Shipper

Overview Air Plant Shop is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipper to join our fulfillment team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in efficiency, and values teamwork . As a Warehouse Shipper, you will be responsible for packing and shipping orders accurately and on time , ensuring that our customers receive high-quality plants and products. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Shipping Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with care and accuracy. Print packing slips and ensure each order is fulfilled correctly. Follow packaging guidelines to protect plants and products during shipping. Process daily shipments via FedEx and UPS and assist with drop-offs as needed. Warehouse Organization & Inventory Management Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked for efficient workflow. Assist with receiving and restocking inventory to maintain proper levels. Team Collaboration & Communication Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and shipping team to meet daily fulfillment goals. Participate in team meetings to stay informed about priorities and workflow updates. Maintain a positive and supportive work environment with fellow team members. Qualifications & Requirements No experience necessary – we will train the right person! Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills . Agility, bending, and lifting some boxes up to 30 lbs is required. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
