Key Responsibilities:
• Train and develop employees to meet safety and productivity standards
• Plan inbound and outbound product flow and labor needs
• Coordinate warehouse policies and procedures with company requirements
• Achieve cost metrics and develop cost-reduction strategies
• Apply lean tools to eliminate waste through continuous improvement
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or general equivalent degree
• Effective organizational, analytical, and planning skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a standard physical abilities test
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and operate warehouse equipment
