Required Skills and Experience of Warehouse Shift Manager:

• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, safety standards, and performance tracking metrics.
