Warehouse Shift Leader

We're hiring a results-driven, team-oriented person to become our Warehouse Shift Leader and oversee accurate and efficient inventory procedures. Job Type: This will be a full-time warehousing supervision position. Pay: For this position, pay is: $78,000 - $90,000 annually Ready to make a tangible difference for a bustling business? WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE: Leading a team of three to five people in preparing orders, moving inventory, and accurately loading trucks Communicating and collaborating with the warehouse manager, distribution manager, HR team, and 3rd-shift employees Overseeing timely inventory picking, order packing, and furniture assembly Printing and separating tickets Bringing concerns to management and resolving issues as they come up Ensuring team members work safely, promptly, and accurately Training staff as needed Tackling other warehousing responsibilities as needed MUST-HAVES FOR OUR WAREHOUSE SHIFT LEADER: Physical ability to regularly lift and move 75+ lbs. Working knowledge of Pegasus and AX software Strong mathematical skills Valid, current driver's license Outstanding English communication skills (verbal and written) Attention to detail and strong work ethic Time management and task prioritization abilities WE CAN'T WAIT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
