Warehouse Shift Lead - Graveyard (Seasonal)

At Souko, we power fulfillment for modern brands: fast, accurate and dependable. We're adding a graveyard shift for the holiday peak, and we need an experienced Shift Lead to help build and run the new overnight crew. This is a seasonal role that starts as soon as possible and runs through the end of December. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11 PM to 7 AM. What You'll Do Lead the graveyard crew picking, packing and shipping customer orders accurately and on time. Assign work at the start of each shift and keep the team on pace to hit nightly goals. Train new graveyard team members on our processes, tools and safety standards. Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely. Catch and fix problems with orders, inventory or equipment, and hand off clearly to the morning team. Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organized. Training First Before moving to graveyard, you'll train with our team on the morning or evening shift to learn our systems and processes. You must be available for those hours during training. What We're Looking For Warehouse or fulfillment experience with lead or supervisory responsibility (required). A steady work history and a track record of showing up reliably. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable directing others and holding a crew to a standard. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift.
