• Supervise and mentor a team of taskers to achieve operational targets.
• Plan, assign, track, and finalize daily order waves efficiently.
• Monitor system transactions and troubleshoot issues using warehouse management tools.
• Coordinate with operations to resolve inventory discrepancies and stock variances.
• Manage schedules for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Assess shift progress using system reports and audit results.
• Oversee the movement of parcels from loading areas to delivery trucks.
• Work with IT and procurement teams to fix errors in data transfers.
• Address system challenges affecting operations with IT support.
• Provide accurate handovers at the end of each shift.
Qualifications and Experience of Warehouse Shift Lead:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, dispatch, or similar functions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, follow safety procedures, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.

Salary:
$21.35 hourly rate plus $1.00 per hour second shift differential.
