We're a locally owned, growing furniture retailer looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused leader to oversee our warehouse, delivery, and service operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership of daily operations. We're looking for someone who can keep people, products, and processes moving in the right direction! What You'll Do Lead the Team: Oversee warehouse, delivery, and transfer employees, including scheduling, productivity, training, and accountability. Manage Operations: Coordinate receiving, inventory accuracy, product transfers, and delivery logistics. Oversee Customer Service: Coordinate furniture repairs, service appointments, warranty claims, and vendor follow-up. Improve Processes: Identify ways to improve organization, efficiency, communication, and workflow. Solve Problems: Work closely with store leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly and customers happy. Pitch In: Provide hands-on warehouse support when needed, while keeping leadership and coordination as your primary focus. What We're Looking For Experience in operations, warehouse management, logistics, or team leadership. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lead employees, manage schedules, and maintain accountability. Confidence using technology and learning new systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-through. A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership. Furniture industry experience is a plus, but not required! We value strong leadership and organizational skills and welcome candidates from other industries. Compensation & Benefits $45,000–$60,000 annually , based on experience and qualifications. Full-time, Monday–Friday, typically 9 AM–5 PM. 1 Saturday a month. Earned sick/vacation time in accordance with company policy. SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with a 2% automatic employer contribution.
