Responsibilities Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using barcode scanning technology and RF scanners to ensure accuracy. Operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery following safety protocols. Load and unload shipments safely using appropriate material handling equipment, adhering to manual handling guidelines. Prepare orders for shipping by packaging items securely and verifying order details against shipping labels. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety procedures are followed with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency. Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks. Prior work in warehouse management or distribution cents demonstrating knowledge of order picking, packing, shipping & receiving processes Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, barcode scanning for logistics, and RF scanners. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely while following safety protocols. Excellent attention to detail for order picking, packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory accuracy.
