Warehouse Selector and Driver

Responsibilities Operate various warehouse equipment including hand trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools to efficiently load, unload, and move inventory Prepare shipments by verifying order accuracy for shipping & receiving processes Conduct quality control checks during order picking and packing to ensure products meet safety and quality standards Assist with stock replenishment by stocking slots and organizing products within the warehouse distribution area Follow safety protocols diligently by operating heavy equipment safely at all times Ensure accurate deliveries to customers. Skills Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software Skilled in order picking & packing procedures with attention to detail for accuracy Ability to perform basic math calculations essential for inventory counts and measurements Familiarity with barcode scanning technology used in logistics operations Excellent understanding of safety procedures including PPE use, manual handling techniques, and safe operation of heavy equipment Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in warehouse distribution or logistics is highly desirable Experience driving trucks and deliveries.
