Warehouse & Sales Support (Fulltime) – McMinnville, OR Company: Orchard & Vineyard Supply Location: McMinnville, Oregon Schedule: Fulltime Hours: Approximately ~40 hours/week, with potential overtime during peak periods Position Overview Orchard & Vineyard Supply (OVS) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulltime Warehouse & Sales Support Associate to support our McMinnville retail location. This role blends hands-on warehouse work with customer-facing sales support and order fulfillment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely delivery of products to our agricultural customers while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and manage incoming inventory for the warehouse outlet Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for delivery or pickup Support regional sales staff with order processing and fulfillment Load/unload materials safely, including deliveries to customer sites as needed Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) in accordance with safety standards Maintain clean, organized facilities and equipment Assist with inter-branch inventory transfers Provide professional, responsive customer service in person and via phone Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs Qualifications Required: Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Effective communication and customer service skills Ability to safely lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks Valid Oregon or Washington driver’s license with acceptable driving record Basic computer proficiency (email, order systems, spreadsheets) Preferred: Experience in agriculture, horticulture, viticulture, or related field Prior warehouse, logistics, or order fulfillment experience Forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Work Environment & Physical Requirements Combination of warehouse and outdoor work environments Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, and agricultural materials Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and equipment operation Reasonable accommodations available in accordance with applicable law Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay Range: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Overtime eligibility in accordance with Oregon and federal law Opportunity to gain industry experience and expand skills in agricultural operations Employment Details & Compliance This is a fulltime, non-exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Employment is at-will , consistent with Oregon law OVS complies with all applicable Oregon Paid Sick Time requirements for eligible employees Pre-employment background check, E-verify, and/or motor vehicle record check may be required, where permitted by law Equal Opportunity Employer Orchard & Vineyard Supply is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
