WAREHOUSE SALES EXECUTIVE California Warehousing, Fulfillment & Distribution Space Sales Title & Level Flexible — Business Development Manager through Director, Commensurate with Experience Southern California (field-based) Reports to the Warehouse Executive Team JOB SUMMARY Logistics Plus is looking for a dynamic, well-connected warehouse sales professional to grow our California warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution business. Logistics Plus operates a full-service Southern California warehousing footprint — including Chino, Colton, and Riverside — totaling more than 1.2 million square feet of storage and fulfillment space, part of a broader West Coast portfolio of more than 3 million square feet across California and Arizona and a North American network exceeding 12 million square feet. This role is responsible for identifying, contacting, and closing new warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, and value-added services business across California, with a focus on filling and expanding our Southern California facility footprint. The successful candidate will bring an existing book of business in warehousing, 3PL, distribution, or e-commerce fulfillment, and will play a key role in driving revenue by matching prospective customers' space, throughput, and fulfillment needs to Logistics Plus's California warehouse network. Title and seniority level for this position are flexible and will be set commensurate with the selected candidate's experience and existing book of business. LOGISTICS PLUS CALIFORNIA WAREHOUSE FOOTPRINT Chino, CA 565,000 SF Southern CA showcase facility Riverside, CA 375,000 SF LEED-standard, near I-215 Colton, CA 275,000 SF 75 dock doors, 30' clear Plus Phoenix, AZ (2.3M+ SF across three facilities) — giving Southern California customers ready access to West Coast import/export gateways, the Ports of Los Angeles & Long Beach, and multimodal transportation options across the Inland Empire and beyond. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Research, prospect, and evaluate warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution leads across California — via phone, email, referral networks, and in-person calls — to build and close new sales opportunities. Sell dedicated and shared warehouse space, pick/pack/ship fulfillment, bonded warehousing, Amazon FBA prep, and value-added services out of the Chino, Riverside, and Colton facilities. Develop a deep understanding of Logistics Plus's full warehousing, fulfillment, and supply chain capabilities to identify client needs and design solutions that fit the customer's space, throughput, and seasonality requirements. Tour prospects through California warehouse facilities and coordinate with local warehouse operations and WMS teams to scope space, racking, dock, and labor requirements accurately. Close sales and generate warehousing and fulfillment revenue for the company, with a focus on filling available capacity across the California network. Maintain and expand sales activity data in the ERP/CRM system, including pipeline, pricing, and account notes. Convey summarized key findings from customer conversations and market intelligence as part of the West Coast sales and operations team. Attend industry trade shows and regional events (e.g., warehousing, distribution, and supply chain conferences) to identify and generate new California warehousing leads. Provide input on strategic sales plans and pricing for California warehouse space, including seasonal and peak-season capacity. Partner with LP's broader transportation, drayage, and international teams to offer customers an end-to-end West Coast logistics solution. Perform special projects as required. REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES Proven track record of successful warehousing, distribution, or 3PL space sales — preferably with the ability to bring an existing book of business.
