Warehouse/Sales Counter Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Sales Counter associate to join our team for Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. This role involves supporting daily warehouse operations while providing excellent customer service at the sales counter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, handling manual tasks, and assisting customers with their purchases. This position offers an engaging environment where organizational skills and a proactive attitude are essential to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Duties Assist customers at the sales counter by providing product information and processing transactions efficiently Support warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory items Manage inventory levels through regular checks and updates to ensure stock accuracy Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing goods safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and operational efficiency Use basic math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and inventory counts accurately Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and smooth daily operations Skills Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management practices Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and effectively Basic math skills for calculating transactions, stock counts, and measurements Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Good organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and stand for extended periods This position is ideal for motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience in warehouse management combined with customer service responsibilities. Candidates should be reliable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment. We dont use a forklift at this loction.
