Warehouse Sales Associate

Overview We are seeking a friendly and motivated Cashier/Sales Associate to join our wholesale team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, helping customers pick orders, packing up customer orders, and managing transactions. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, retail sales experience, and a passion for helping customers find what they need. The position offers an engaging work environment where you can develop your sales and customer service skills while contributing to a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries or recommendations Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of merchandise Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Take customer orders over the phone. Pick customer orders. Handle customer payments. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette. Ability to upsell products. Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in leadership roles Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light loads as needed Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor Pay: From $15.00 per hour Ability to Commute: Greensboro, NC 27409 (Required) Work Location: In person
