Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Warehouse/Sales Associate to join our small family run business. This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with customer-focused sales support, ensuring efficient inventory management, safe handling of materials, and excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a physically active environment, and possess a proactive attitude to meet operational goals. This is an opportunity for individuals to develop their skills in warehouse, and sales. Duties unload small shipments of trucks using hand dolly. Manage inventory control through accurate stock counting, order picking, picking & receiving Ensure proper stocking and organization of materials within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility Conduct manual handling of materials adhering to safety regulations and OSHA standards for heavy lifting and safe material handling practices Assist customers by providing product information, processing sales transactions, and supporting order fulfillment processes Qualifications Prior warehouse supervisor or team lead experience is helpful Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials manually when necessary Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and inventory accuracy Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and support customer service efforts Join us to be part of a small team dedicated to operational excellence!
