What we’re looking for can’t be scored on a form - it’s who you are day to day. Reliable - you show up, on time, every day, and follow through on what you say Strong work ethic - you go beyond what’s asked and take pride in doing things right Eager to grow - you ask questions, seek feedback, and want to build a real career Able to push or pull up to 100 pounds Valid driver’s license in good standing Ability to pass a background and drug test High school diploma or equivalent What You’ll Do When a technician has the right parts at the right time, they can take care of our customers. You are a direct part of making that happen. Deliver parts and materials to job sites and field technicians Warehouse work - organizing, staging and stocking material, plus projects around the shop Part pick-ups from suppliers and vendors Van build-outs - prepping and stocking service vehicles Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles inside and out Assist with vehicle safety inspections and basic maintenance Keep our building and grounds in shape - snow and ice removal in winter, lawn and landscape upkeep in summer, trash and recycling year round Communicate clearly with Dispatch Your Benefits Package Starting pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, depending on experience Medical & Dental - 100% company-paid PTO: Paid vacation & paid holidays Life Insurance & Long-Term Disability 401(k) with Profit Sharing Company vehicle Company-provided uniforms Cell phone reimbursement About MSP Plumbing Heating Air We’re a locally owned Twin Cities company that has been committed to our customers - and our people - since 1918.
