warehouse: Return Processor

Job Summary: Responsible for processing returns and posting credits to customers. Assigns a final disposition to the return. Verifies accuracy of the return reason code and credit amount. Provides back up support for receiving incoming packages and POP deliveries. Core Duties & Responsibilities 1. Responsible for processing all returns and posting the credits to our customers. Verifies the accuracy of pricing and return reason codes. Documents details in order/RMA notes. Verifies that returned product is packaged and reboxed to first-quality standards. 2. Responsible for determining if the customer's return is defective and how to accommodate the customer for that return. 3. Places orders for replacement or exchange pairs to stores and consumers. Verifies the accuracy of the order. 4. Handles inquiries from customer service/accounting department regarding returns or credits. 5. Responsible for minor repairs. 6. Responsible for returning inventory to the proper location after return is posted. 7. Provides backup support to receive packages and/or POP deliveries. Verifies accuracy of inventory and keeps track of deliveries. 8. Assists with other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: Knowledge of product line necessary. Good verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Proficient in Windows Operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. Able to lift 30 - 50 pounds.
