Warehouse Representative

Join Industrial Electronic Supply (IES) as a Warehouse Representative in Shreveport, Louisiana , where you'll be the vital member of the IES team. What You'll Do Receive shipments and verify them for accuracy Place items in designated warehouse locations or deliver them to the appropriate recipient Pull and confirm the accuracy of customer orders Prepare orders for shipment and/or load and deliver items on the company panel truck Support inventory management Maintain a tidy/safe work area Other duties as assigned or required Physical Demands & Work Environment Lift up to 70 lbs from the ground Safely operate material handling equipment including forklift Climb and work from ladders Fully squat, stoop, kneel or reach for extended periods of time Stand for long periods of time while performing repetitive actions The warehouse environment is climate controlled, but can involve occasional exposure to dirt, dust, grease, noise, heat, and cold What You Bring Warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience Strong customer service mindset and professionalism Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills Ability to communicate clearly (both verbally and in writing), along with the ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt as needed Strong work ethic and attention to detail Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to pass a drug screen and pre-employment aptitude tests Compensation & Benefits 401(k) retirement plan with generous company matching Comprehensive health insurance and life insurance policy for eligible employees Dental, vision, accident and additional supplemental insurance coverages available Paid leave: holidays, vacation, sick and bereavement Paid volunteer day to give back to a nonprofit of your choice Ready to Make an Impact?
