Job Requirements: Great communication skills, both verbal and written High energy and ability to multitask Ability to work well with a team and support all team members with a “Whatever It Takes” attitude and willingness to help others regardless of job description Positive attitude and great people skills for working with a team and interacting with customers Ability to quickly learn our part numbers and product descriptions Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Ability to operate a forklift Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license Must pass a background check Responsibilities: Receive and shelve inventory, both small packages and pallet shipments Pick, pack and ship inventory, both small packages and pallet shipments Update part information and order information in our software Operate forklift, load and unload freight trucks as well as company vehicles Keep warehouse in clean and orderly condition at all times Perform weekly inventory cycle counts Occasionally deliver parts to local area customers in company vehicle Break down pallets and crates for disposal Other housekeeping & maintenance duties around the store and yard as required Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Compensation: $17-19/hour, paid weekly Guaranteed 40 hours per week Medical insurance Optional vision, dental, life, disability, and other insurance plans 401k plan Paid vacation Paid sick days Paid holidays Additional annual bonus for tenured employees Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
