Warehouse Replenishment & Organization Associate Position Snapshot Job Title: Warehouse Replenishment & Organization Associate Location: Inwood, NY, directly across the Queens border from Far Rockaway and minutes from the Far Rockaway-Mott Avenue A train terminal. Many members of our team commute from Queens and Brooklyn via the A train. Schedule: Full-Time. Sunday availability required. Saturday normally scheduled off, with a weekday off based on department schedule. Overtime, extended shifts, and additional workdays may be required based on business needs. Compensation: $18 - $21 an hour, based on directly relevant warehouse experience, equipment operation, reliability, and demonstrated ability Role Type: Hands-on warehouse associate role focused on replenishment, pick-face readiness, warehouse organization, location integrity, equipment operation, and daily warehouse efficiency Rockville is seeking a Warehouse Replenishment & Organization Associate to help keep our warehouse clean, organized, replenished, pick-ready, and operating efficiently throughout the day. This is a hands-on warehouse role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, speed, order, cleanliness, and attention to detail. The right person understands that a productive warehouse depends on more than picking and packing. It depends on clean aisles, organized pallet positions, accurate product locations, replenished pick areas, clear access to inventory, and a warehouse floor that is ready for the team to work efficiently. This role works closely with warehouse leadership, inventory, receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and returns teams. The primary focus is to keep product locations organized, accessible, properly replenished, and maintained so warehouse operators can move quickly and accurately. Rockville operates a high-SKU ecommerce warehouse with a wide mix of boxed products, including audio equipment, electronics, speakers, monitors, accessories, parts, cables, car audio, marine audio, DJ equipment, lighting, recording gear, commercial audio, and related products. Our inventory includes small, medium, and large items with different storage, picking, packaging, and handling requirements. We need someone who can help maintain structure, cleanliness, and efficiency across that environment. What Makes This Role Stand Out Hands-on warehouse impact: Help create a cleaner, faster, more organized warehouse environment for picking, putaway, replenishment, inventory, shipping, receiving, and returns. Pick-face readiness: Keep product locations stocked, accessible, organized, and ready for daily picking activity. High-SKU ecommerce environment: Work with thousands of SKUs across a wide range of boxed products, electronics, accessories, components, speakers, monitors, and related audio equipment. Equipment operation: Operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed. Location integrity: Help ensure product is stored in the right place, in the right condition, and according to warehouse location standards. Continuous improvement support: Support slotting changes, rack organization, relabeling, consolidation, space optimization, and other warehouse improvement projects. What You’ll Own Keep pick locations, pallet positions, rack areas, aisles, and product storage areas neat, organized, accessible, and ready for daily operations. Support daily replenishment by helping ensure pick locations are stocked, properly faced, and easy for pickers to access. Consolidate partial pallets, reduce unnecessary empty space, and help improve cubic storage utilization where possible. Help maintain single-deep, two-deep, and three-deep pallet positions according to warehouse standards and management direction. Prepare product for efficient picking by opening master cartons when appropriate and making sure inventory is accessible without creating clutter or delays.
