Warehouse Receiving Team Member — Part-Time Location: Lindon, UT Employment Type: Part-Time About the Role Elevate is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Team Member to support daily receiving and inventory operations. Working alongside our Receiving Team Lead, you’ll help ensure incoming products are counted accurately, labeled correctly, and ready for the next step. This hands-on position is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, staying organized, and working with a team. Key Responsibilities Receiving & Inventory Support Learn and use ShipHero and Asana for receiving and inventory tasks. Assist with receiving preparation, including updating the Inventory Product Board in Asana, creating receiving pages, and printing product barcodes. Unpack, count, and inspect incoming products, matching items to purchase orders (POs). Accurately label products and place them in designated locations. Assist with product and warehouse supply cycle counts. Maintain accurate counts, documentation, and inventory records. Keep receiving and storage areas clean, organized, and safe. Cross-Team Support Work with the Value Added Services (V.A.S.) Team to help products move efficiently through folding, bagging, tagging, unbagging, and quality control. Follow priorities and direction provided by the Receiving Team Lead. Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed. Communication & Quality Control Promptly report shortages, overages, incorrect items, damages, or other product issues to the Receiving Team Lead. Document discrepancies and product concerns as directed. Communicate clearly with team members to help keep work accurate and on schedule. Required Skills & Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when counting and checking products. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Good communication and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems. Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience.
