Flexibility to cover shifts or close the warehouse when team members are on vacation or out sick is required. POSITION OVERVIEW As our Warehouse Receiving Specialist, you are the first set of hands on every product that enters our ecommerce fulfillment center. You will receive and check in inbound purchase orders, verify that what arrived matches what was ordered, and make sure inventory is put away and recorded accurately. Accuracy at the receiving dock is what allows every customer order to ship right the first time. WHAT YOU WILL DO RECEIVING & VERIFICATION Unload inbound freight and receive purchase orders against packing lists and POs Verify counts, SKUs, and product condition Document and report shortages, overages, and damage INVENTORY & PUT AWAY Label, sort, and put away inventory to the correct storage locations Enter receipts and update inventory records accurately in our systems TEAMWORK & OPERATIONS Work with the Purchasing and Product teams to resolve receiving discrepancies quickly Support pick, pack, and ship operations during peak volume Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and safe Cover shifts and close the warehouse as needed when team members are on vacation or out sick WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Warehouse receiving, inventory, or shipping experience preferred, but not required Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Excel or a willingness to learn Pallet jack or forklift experience is a plus Good communication and organizational skills A proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset Someone who leads by example on the "How We Behave" principles laid out in HRM's core principles…
