The person applying for this position must have the qualifications and skills described below. The position requires you to work Monday-Friday. you must have a valid driver's license, be punctual and reliable Your duties would include. opening the warehouse, checking in merchandise, assuring correctness and posting accurately to computer. The other duties are managing and stocking the warehouse accurately, pulling and preparing order Shipments and Will Calls, deliveries & pickups around the bay area. Starting pay $23.00 - $27.75 per hour depending on experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Ensure our customers receive excellent Customer service. Process orders, provide product availability and order status (ESD) via phone and email. Provide tracking information and issue Returned Material Authorizations (RMA). Strong organizational skills With focus on data entry and record keeping. Assist customers with all post sales inquiries and questions. in a timely manner. Perform Other related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Excellent written and verbal communication Skills. Strong team player that is highly motivated and can work independently Detailed oriented. organized and efficient. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
