Warehouse Receiving & Shipping Associate
Prosafe PPE Solutions INCResponsibilities Receiving & Inventory Receive inbound shipments from ocean containers, LTL, UPS, FedEx, and Amazon returns. Inspect incoming goods, verify quantities, and update system records. Organize products on shelves/pallets and maintain clean storage areas. Picking, Packing & Shipping Pick and pack daily e-commerce orders (Amazon FBA) Create shipping labels, packing lists, and BOLs. Coordinate pickup schedules with carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL, FTL). Aware of WMS system. Warehouse Operations Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts. Assist with relabeling, repackaging, and quality inspections. Load/unload trucks or containers as needed. Follow all safety procedures and support general warehouse organization Requirements 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment experience preferred. Knowledge o f Amazon FBA workflow is a strong plus. Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
