Warehouse Receiving Manager

Overview As Warehouse Receiving Manager, you’ll lead receiving operations and help keep inventory accurate, materials moving, and warehouse teams aligned. You’ll coordinate shipping and receiving, guide safe equipment use, and work across logistics and distribution center operations. Your impact: Accurate, organized receiving helps warehouse teams locate materials efficiently and supports dependable service for customers. Must be bilingual fluent Spanish a must! Responsibilities Manage receiving workflows, inventory control, and inventory management systems, including warehouse management system (WMS) records and radio frequency (RF) scanner use. Lead and communicate with team members; coordinate inbound logistics and materials handling with warehouse distribution and third-party logistics (3PL) partners. Monitor warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping and receiving processes; identify process improvement opportunities using lean management principles. Support safe operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment; follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and site procedures. Use Microsoft Office to maintain records, review receiving activity, and share operational updates. Must be bilingual fluent Spanish a must! Skills Warehouse experience and knowledge of warehouse management, distribution center operations, and inventory control. Team management, team leadership, and clear managerial communication. Experience with inventory management systems, a warehouse management system, and RF scanners. Forklift and material handling equipment operation experience; ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role. Warehouse supervisor experience is preferred; familiarity with lean management, logistics, 3PL, and OSHA practices is an asset. Must be bilingual fluent Spanish a must!
