Duties Receive incoming shipments by verifying delivery documents and inspecting goods for accuracy and quality Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and RFID scanners to accurately record received items into inventory software Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch according to customer specifications Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments through data entry in ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipping logistics, customs documentation, and trade compliance for international trade regulations when applicable Requirements Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (such as AS400), and inventory management tools Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and shipment documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication purposes Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills and organizational abilities Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance standards, and international trade regulations is a plus Fluent in english/spanish Join us as a Warehouse Receiving Clerk to be part of a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact our operational success.
