Job Summary We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving & Back stocking Specialist to join our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the intake of all inbound freight, verifying manifests, and safely storing inventory in our high-density backstock areas. This is a physically demanding role that requires sharp focus, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to keeping a clean, safe workspace. Key Responsibilities Unload inbound shipments safely from freight trailers using pallet jacks or forklifts. Verify freight accuracy by cross-referencing physical inventory against bills of lading (BOLs), packing lists, and manifests. Inspect incoming goods for structural or cosmetic damage and log discrepancies in the warehouse management system (WMS). Execute backstock put-away by transport and storage of palletized or bulk goods into assigned racking locations. Utilize RF scanners to scan inventory barcodes and maintain 100% accurate location data within the system. Optimize warehouse space by consolidating pallets and organizing backstock shelves for peak efficiency. Enforce safety standards by keeping aisles clear, disposing of debris, and reporting any hazards immediately. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) 1+ years of experience in a high-volume warehouse environment. Active forklift certification (Stand-up, Sit-down, or Reach Truck). Experience with automated Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
